Facade Improvement Program
CPI has completed two phases of our Main Street Facade Improvement Program, thanks to support from Senator Jim Seward. Businesses on Main Street Cobleskill including Union, Center, Division, North & South GrandStreets are eligible to apply for a matching grant for up to $1,000 for a specific project. Eligible projects include improvements to a building’s façade that can be seen from the street e.g. painting, masonry work, awnings, sign upgrades, lighting.
Community Plaza
This project was completed with partners SUNY Cobleskill, the Village of Cobleskill and Cobleskill Rotary bringing a wonderful area to sit and enjoy downtown Cobleskill.

These signs are charming and informative and give downtown a new look.

CPI maintains the planters on Main Street - flowers in the summer and holiday trees in the winter!
